2. Mold the base. Pour the mixture into small molds or muffin cups and chill in the refrigerator until set.

3. Brew the chrysanthemum layer. Rinse chrysanthemum flowers, goji berries, and red dates 2–3 times. Place in a pot with 800 ml of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

4. Strain & enrich. Keep around 550 ml of the chrysanthemum infusion. Add rock sugar and agar-agar powder. Stir over medium heat until fully dissolved, then let it cool slightly.

5. Layer the jelly. Remove the chilled milk jelly, lightly scratch the surface to help it bind. Pour a little chrysanthemum mixture into the mold, place the milk jelly in the center, then fill with more chrysanthemum liquid.

6. Chill & serve. Return to the refrigerator for several hours until fully set. Enjoy your floral-infused dessert cold.
